I had reserved the table earlier than one month(through the phone call). The restaurant is located nearby Hokkaido Shrine. I love their warm welcome and cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind. I had the Hokkaido course menu for dinner. My favorite dish was venison, it was so juicy, tender, and aromatic. All the seafood dishes were also tasty. They were good at pastry too, their tart, butter, and bread were flavorful. After I finished my meal, The staff offered their help to book me a taxi. It was a wonderful dinner experience in Hokkaido.

Hands down one of my favourite dining experiences. The service was impeccable, and our servers were very friendly. The food and presentation was excellent, my favourites being the crab risotto, venison and the strawberry dessert. I can't believe what we were offered for the price we paid.

Residing in a quaint spot out of the centre of Sapporo, this 3 star michelin restaurant that brings out arguably the best products of Hokkaido to the discerning guests. We ordered the 18000 yen dinner and I personally had the best time of my life. Staff were helpful in guiding us through the menu in English. The best dish had to be the medium rare steak. Fragrant, tender and perfectly cooked. The second best dish was the hairy crab served with rice and cream cheese. Perfectly seasoned and blended well with rice. Overall, I would give a score of 9 out of 10 for this restaurant.

Booked way in advance and happy to have enjoyed the experience. Very cozy and super attentive friendly environment. We had the 18,000 yen course and was delicious from beginning to the end. Staff will go out of their way to explain everything in detail (English if needed) Loved everything but the pine smoked beef was insanely tender and fragrant. One of the best ever I had! The wine selection is decent with local choices which was great. They only have 6-7 tables and dinner was super enjoyable. They make sure each table is attended to. Very nice touch and food came out on time and the flow was all well timed. Definitely highly recommend this cozy, unpretentious restaurant with delicious fresh local ingredients. Really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend coming to Moliere if in Sapporo city. The food was spectacular, just as good as my first visit 2 years ago. The beef is out of this world. Looking forward to return again soon. Regret I was in such a rush that I didn't have time to dress up appropriately for the occasion to enjoy the experience, next time definitely will be more aware. These days everyone so casual that visiting such beautiful places should be more respected. Yes I will be more aware next time. :) Thank you Hiro for looking after us so well. Truly enjoyed the evening.

We were lucky enough to walk-in and snag a table for two without a reservation - and it was a fantastic meal. Each course was absolutely delicious, brought out efficiently, executed precisely, with mostly local ingredients but with French techniques. Service was very attentive and impeccable. One of our favourite meals of our Japan trip

If you're in Sapporo, you have to visit Moliere. This was the best dining experience we had in Hokkaido-the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. Our group had the Menu Terroir and every single dish from the tasting menu blew us away, especially the crab flan and the squid ink albalone. The portions were very generous for a fine dining restaurant. When we told staff it was our first time in Hokkaido, they suggested locally produced wine pairings and other must-try local restaurants and desserts. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel completely at home. Moliere does magic with its delicate and refined take on French cuisine using Hokkaido's finest ingredients.

food was truly one of a kind and the service was excellent!! the prix fixed menus included nearly 10+ unique dishes that were perfectly crafted and presented. every dish was executed beautifully with an origin story, how to eat it, and what ingredients were in it. all the ingredients were local to hokkaido and really felt farm to table. the corn soup and deer were my favorite! while the portions may appear small, by the end of the meal i was absolutely stuffed. highly recommend making a reservation to try this place out!

One of the best restaurant I tried in Sapporo. Ex Michelin star restaurant with a combination of western techniques and Japanese ingredients. Very balanced flavour. They offered top service and speak good English. Worth the price.

All around a very special experience. Food was next level, fitting for 3 Michelin stars. Everything was next level. We had the lunch set at 14k yen and it was incredible value for the experience. Michelin stars restaurants are usually one and done for me just because there are so many places to try but I will definitely come back to Moliere. A true highlight to my time at Hokkaido.
